An A3 Poster that animates when scanned with the app ‘Artvive’
‘Mechanics’ was a university set two-week augmented reality poster project. Through the app Artvive, a scanning of the poster reveals an animation and corelating music soundtrack.
The design came from marrying many digital and traditional techniques. With a font made in a letterpress workshop, overylaying scans of printer misprints, incorperting screenprint dots, and by joining everything together with digital software, the whole making process mirriored the mechanical project title.
